- Government Services
Service charges paid for Government applications, registrations, certificates, PAN services, Aadhaar-related assistance, and similar services are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
- Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refund will be provided after successful delivery or download.
- Online Courses
Refund requests for online courses will only be considered before course access has been provided. Once access is granted, no refund will be issued.
- AI Tools
Subscription fees or payments made for AI tools and software are non-refundable after activation.
- Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same service, please contact us. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
- Service Cancellation
If we are unable to provide a service for any valid reason before processing begins, the payment may be refunded after verification.
